📝 INTRODUCTION

The project "Can't You SEA?" brought together young people from six countries to raise awareness on marine pollution, promote environmental responsibility, and empower youth to become sustainability ambassadors through non-formal education and experiential learning.

A key component of the project's long-term impact strategy is its follow-up phase. This report outlines the specific dissemination and engagement activities each partner will carry out post-exchange in their local communities and networks. These activities aim to maximize the project's outreach, ensure visibility of the Erasmus+ programme, and continue the dialogue on environmental sustainability across Europe.

🇨🇾 Polychoros Voroklinis (Cyprus) – Applicant & Hosting Organisation

As the coordinating body, Polychoros Voroklinis takes the lead in the follow-up phase with multiple responsibilities:

  • Local Awareness Event: Organize a large-scale dissemination event with schools in Limassol and Pissouri, involving youth presentations, poster exhibitions, and storytelling from the youth exchange.

  • Coastal Clean-Up Campaign: Launch a youth-led beach clean-up with support from the Pissouri Municipality, inviting local volunteers and promoting it through local media.

  • Project Website Management: Continue maintaining and updating the official project website with videos, outcomes, and results from all partners.

  • Youth Visibility Material: Produce a professional video combining footage from all partners and prepare a digital booklet showcasing the best posters and participant reflections.

  • Youthpass Ceremony: Coordinate the distribution of Youthpass certificates and create a step-by-step guide on how participants can include it in their CVs and youth portfolios.

🇲🇰 EduArt (North Macedonia)

EduArt, known for its creative approach to youth empowerment, will implement the following actions:

  • Eco Talk in Schools: Facilitate workshops in local high schools in Skopje and Bitola on marine waste, using project posters and photos as educational tools.

  • Local Water Clean-Up: Organize a river or lake clean-up action, involving former participants and local volunteers, followed by a reflective session.

  • Social Media Awareness: Post a series of testimonials and mini-interviews with Macedonian participants on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Follow-Up Video: Submit a creative video summarizing their project experience and community engagement.

🇱🇹 Meraki LT (Lithuania)

Meraki LT focuses on inclusion and rural outreach, with their activities tailored to local youth engagement:

  • Poster Exhibition: Host a small art and awareness exhibition in Kaunas or Vilnius, using environmental posters created during the exchange.

  • Local Workshop: Organize a session with high school students on marine waste, plastic alternatives, and green lifestyle habits.

  • Online Awareness Campaign: Share infographics and short videos across their social channels, highlighting key messages from the exchange.

  • Digital Output: Provide a Lithuanian-language blog article and educational video on their youth work site and partner platforms.

🇦🇹 TREDU Club (Austria)

TREDU Club brings sustainability to the heart of Austrian youth work:

  • Eco-Awareness Workshop: Run a creative follow-up session in Vienna on recycling, water waste, and marine protection, integrating interactive games used in the youth exchange.

  • Community Newsletter: Publish an article in their local NGO and municipality newsletter detailing the Erasmus+ experience.

  • Project Material Translation: Translate and share project materials in German for better accessibility.

  • Digital Contributions: Send a team video with interviews and a short environmental action story reflecting Austrian youth voices.

🇷🇴 HESSA Association (Romania)

HESSA has a strong network of educational partners, allowing broad outreach:

  • School Roadshow: Deliver interactive presentations in at least three schools about environmental education and the Erasmus+ programme.

  • Eco-Club Collaboration: Partner with a local eco-club for a tree-planting event or local stream clean-up tied to the project's values.

  • Youth Talks Online: Host a live-streamed Q&A with project participants sharing personal growth, travel experience, and key lessons from the exchange.

  • Dissemination Material: Create a short video series and a Romanian-language article for youth platforms and Erasmus+ visibility.

🇩🇪 Bridges to Solidarity e.V. (Germany)

This organization focuses on inclusion and active citizenship:

  • Local Action Day: Organize a small event involving youth and local authorities, featuring a clean-up of a local lake or riverbank and a mini exhibition of posters and photos from the project.

  • Youth Panel: Host an online discussion on environmental challenges and solutions at a youth center in Berlin or Hamburg.

  • E+ Info Corner: Set up an Erasmus+ information board in their office or a partner youth center, showcasing the project results.

  • German-Language Blog: Publish a reflection blog on their website and share the project video and links via mailing lists and social channels.

🧩 CROSS-PARTNER COORDINATED FOLLOW-UP

To ensure alignment and consistency, all organizations will:

  • Submit their national video by January 2026.

  • Upload reports, testimonials, and visuals to the shared project website.

  • Contribute to a final project report and evaluation summary compiled by Polychoros Voroklinis.

  • Participate in a final online dissemination meeting hosted by the coordinating organization, sharing results and feedback.

📌 CONCLUSION

The follow-up phase of "Can't You SEA?" is designed to extend the impact of the youth exchange far beyond its implementation in Cyprus. Each partner plays an active role in transferring the knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm gained during the project into their local communities and educational environments.

From environmental actions and awareness campaigns to online dissemination and school workshops, these activities aim to promote the core themes of the Erasmus+ Programme: sustainability, inclusion, and youth empowerment. This joint effort ensures that the dialogue on marine pollution continues and that more young people are encouraged to take action for a cleaner and greener future.
