Evaluation Letters from Partner Countries
As part of the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Can't You SEA?", all partner organizations were invited to prepare a collective evaluation letter reflecting on the overall implementation, organization, and impact of the project. These evaluation letters represent a key quality assurance tool, capturing the perspectives of partners involved throughout all phases of the project — from preparation and mobility to dissemination and follow-up activities.
The evaluations focus on essential aspects of the project, including coordination and communication, educational methodology, relevance of the thematic content, participant engagement, logistical organization, inclusion practices, and the achievement of project objectives. Partners were also encouraged to reflect on the added value of international cooperation, the effectiveness of non-formal education methods, and the long-term impact of the project at local, national, and European levels.

By collecting and publishing these evaluation letters, the partnership ensures transparency, shared learning, and continuous improvement. The reflections provide valuable insights into strengths, challenges, and recommendations, supporting the sustainability of the project's results and informing the design of future Erasmus+ initiatives. Together, these evaluations highlight the collaborative spirit of the partnership and confirm the quality, relevance, and positive impact of the "Can't You SEA?" Youth Exchange.
